The Book is Dead, Long live the Post. One study said that 90% of people only read the first chapter of any book. Written Internet posts are an option for getting ideas out to the public. There is also the world of video and audio posting. Now there are several free sites that offer these services to the public. The Prophecy Fulfillment Place uses all three forms one by the our main platform provider, Ning.com, Video posting is done through Ustream.tv and Audio posting is made available through Snapvine.com. For Book publishers and Book stores the change is going to be hard, but I believe that this site offers a real glimpse into the future of Publishing. As a writer and former Independent Book publisher I lost thousands of dollars and sold less than 1,000 books. Being as no one probably read the whole book anyway I was lead down the wrong path. Now I run this entire site on less than 50 dollars a month except for advertising and in a bad month I have at least 700 visitors. A much better return on investment. You can do the same.
